Working principle of ball milling grading production line:
After rough crushing, the material is transported to the silo by the elevator and added to the ball mill through a controllable feeding device. The grinding medium in the mill repeatedly impacts and grinds the material with the kinetic energy obtained by the rotation of the mill. The crushed material is discharged into the suction tank through the tail of the ball mill and transported by negative pressure to the inside of the classifier for classification. The qualified fine powder is collected by the cyclone collector or dust collector, and the coarse particles after classification are discharged from the lower end of the classifier and re enter the ball mill for grinding through the feeding pipe. The purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
Performance characteristics:
The process is directly derived from German technology and is an international standard non mineral processing production line.
The process flow mainly includes crushing (usually using two-stage crushing), grinding, grading, packaging, material bin, conveying, lifting, etc. After the ball mill, multiple classifiers can be connected in parallel for classification, or in series for classification, while producing products with multiple particle sizes. The ball mill and classifier form a closed-loop circulation system.
The selection of ball mills adopts non-standard design based on the hardness, grindability, processing particle size, and output of minerals. The shape of the lining plate and the grading of the balls (segments) are customized according to years of engineering practice experience, maximizing the grinding efficiency of the ball mill and reducing product energy consumption.
The selection of classifiers can vary depending on the fineness of the product. The FW series classifiers are suitable for grading D97:2-20 micron products, while the FL series classifiers are suitable for grading D97:8-45 micron products. Each classifier has a wide product adjustment range and a wide market adaptability.
When a production line produces multiple varieties simultaneously, we can use multiple classifiers in series. By optimizing the combination of coarse and fine classifiers, we ensure the lowest energy consumption of the product, the most directional adjustment of particle size distribution, and the lowest over grinding phenomenon of the ball mill.
We can design and adopt different factory structures and equipment layout schemes according to the customer's investment scale, providing the most cost-effective configuration system. For example, equipment with an annual production capacity of less than 20000 tons is mostly arranged in a single-layer factory layout, and the conveying system adopts spiral conveying. Packaging can be done manually. Equipment with an annual production capacity of more than 20000 tons is arranged in a multi-layer factory layout, and the conveying system adopts pneumatic conveying. The packaging adopts automatic packaging and is equipped with palletizing system.
In terms of environmental protection, we adopt a special design that uses noise reduction devices, equipment vibration reduction, and partial soft connections to reduce noise to less than 80Db (A). By using high-quality membrane filter bags for filtration, the dust emission is less than 20mg/m3.
The electronic control system adopts program control to control the entire production process, from the feeding bin, grinding and grading, to product packaging.
